About Us

In 2009 we created a new service for people decision makers...

Becoming frustrated with the apparent lack of evidence for people development decisions, drove us to think of new ways to look at how businesses make good evidence based choices that will really deliver.

We found that the big challenge is that although businesses have the data, it is underutilised.

Interpreting intangible people data is our speciality. It's volumous, variable, hard to quantify, difficult to interpret and won't crack under a simple analysis.

Just the sort of challenge we enjoy.

Management Informatics was created to leverage extensive experience at the sharp end of training and development with an expert understanding of data mining and statistical tools. We're based in Oxfordshire, UK, and work with clients nationally and internationally.

Our goal is a simple one: to help you make good people choices by doing much, much more with the data you have. Creating information that helps you, your people, business and customers.
